MAIN GOALS: At the end of the seminar, the participant will:

  • gain knowledge about the most relevant geo-political elements between Mexico and a specific foreign country along history
  • learn about the most significant historical elements of the foreign country
  • acquire specific knowledge about intercultural communications
  • learn the cultural and ideological differences that affect the multicultural business environment
  • identify the main cultural barriers that are faced by people when working in a multinational organization
  • develop effective negotiation and communication techniques and intercultural skills to have a more productive performance in a non-Mexican working environment
